Class Description
This class explores some of the most common fertility challenges, including PCOS, fibroids and sperm irregularities. We will discuss both the uterine and ovarian cycles and learn about charting to track the fertility window. Materia medica will explore herbs used to balance endocrine function, support ovulation and healthy sperm production and encourage conception.About the Teacher
Betsy Miller, RH (AHG), CNS is a clinical herbalist and nutritionist in Northern Virginia. She specializes in women’s reproductive health, and works with a local midwifery practice to provide herbal and nutritional support for pre and postnatal clients. Betsy also teaches herbal pharmacy, Materia Medica and botany at the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
